AIS-P operation recovery maintenance

We would like to introduce the operation recovery and maintenance of the "AIS-P" that we handle. The recovery of explosion-proof equipment is an important factor when considering equipment. Additionally, regular maintenance depends on the installation conditions, but the "AIS-P" is basically inspected once or twice a year by our staff or under our guidance. The gas generator is replaced every 10 years. 【Flow of Operation Recovery】 ■ Remove the operated AIS-P container unit (suppression container + rapid release valve + control box) from the target device. ■ Remove the extinguishing agent and processed materials scattered inside the device, perform internal cleaning, and conduct internal inspection of the device. ■ Install a new AIS-P container unit (the container unit is stored in our inventory). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
